Please consider joining us for our Women’s Retreat at the beautiful Cedar Springs Retreat Center on April 13-15. This is a great opportunity to get away from the day-to-day distractions of life, spend time with the Lord, connect with other ladies from the church, and have FUN throughout the weekend.
We’re very excited to announce that our speaker is Willow Westin, a popular teacher in the Pacific Northwest. Here is a little info on her: Willow is the Founder and Director of Collide Ministries which brings passion, truth, and authenticity in a refreshing, vibrant way as she speaks about life and Jesus. You will experience a collision with Jesus that brings life, hope, and healing as you listen to her weave His story into yours. Willow has been married for almost two decades and has two children, Aidan and Bella. Since colliding with Jesus, she has spent the last twenty years speaking about God’s love.
The cost for this retreat is $165 and includes lodging, fabulous meals (accommodation for dietary restrictions available), and FUN surprises!
Current Sunday school classes
All Christians have been given new life and a new identity in Christ. If we have already been made new, then why do so much of our ‘old selves’ still permeate and control our lives? In this 12-week class that begins on January 7th, we will be exploring multiple passages of Scripture that detail what it means to be a new creation in Christ, as well as God’s ordained means of making us more like his Son. Disclaimer: This class is not for the complacent! God’s Word brings transformation (aka progressive sanctification)! This class will be taught by Billy Crompton.
Join us for this video series by Dr. R.C. Sproul with small-group discussion. “This series examines the meaning of holiness and why people are both fascinated and terrified by a holy God. This series closely explores God’s character, leading to new insights on sin, justice, and grace. The result is a new awareness of our dependence upon God’s mercy and a discovery of the awesomeness of His majestic holiness.” This class will be facilitated by Mike Olson.
We all know we have a soul. But we rarely think about “How do I care for my soul?” or “How do I feed it?” Beginning on January 7th, we’ll look at 7 specific things we can do to bring health to our soul. This class will be led by Gary Ramm.
